- You've identified the 'what', but the 'how' and the specific benefits to your clients need more detail to be truly persuasive.
- Also, there is no CTA, leaving me with nowhere to go if I want a follow up.

If the person knows nothing about hard assets then they can learn a lot with google and if they still want to look at moving forward then message me.

May 5, 2026 -12:18PM Angel Lorente Hard assets (like rental Real estate) the value of the assets if purchased well will go up with inflation and the rental income adds gains that make it exceed inflation. Agriculture, timber do the same, the trees pay a profit over time just like a tenant in a rental and the value of the holdings Growing trees and land go up with inflation. Land banking we do as well but holding land has costs and if it is not used for anything it is negative cash flow although goes up with inflation. If you get good land in the right spot it goes up after than the inflation and negative land holding costs. Land banking is usually part of a group of managed assets
