Hi Victor. Thanks for responding to my post. We have a supplier on our platform with a solution for the new CSDR regulation in Europe. We believe that we can help broker-dealers in Europe convert failed securities trades (in which they delivered correctly but the other side failed) into revenue. We are looking for contacts at these broker-dealers. It might be helpful to get on a call to explain in greater detail. Please let me know.

The UK's FCA is implementing a new #regulation, "Consumer Duty". It applies to any company selling financial products to retail consumers. Screw up badly enough and senior managers go to prison.
