As more traditional finserv companies look to offshore their financial accounting roles outside of the US, this can be a great opportunity for experienced financial accountants to upskill their knowledge of digital assets and blockchain tech and find new roles where they are needed.

Very interesting. But to give another angle, current Inmigration laws in some countries like the US or the UK are complete madness. It is really very difficult to move to or hire someone if you need the employer to have a presential job.
