This type of use case is a great example of how the developments in AI, especially LLM, have come on in the past 12 - 18 months. Since ChatGPT's "boom", it is now completely comprehensible to build AI Chatbots for almost all use cases - the biggest challenge being the Data Engineering and state of the clients data, to be able to achieve it what they want/need.
