As a Mentor for Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Centre, I have the privilege of mentoring founders across the globe. Last Thursday was a whirlwind of global mentoring sessions with founders from South Africa, Mexico, and the USA. The key takeaway from these sessions was the importance of taking a step back from daily operations to dedicate time for #strategicthinking. Founders recognised this crucial skill and invested time to discuss their specific challenges in scaling their businesses.
Additionally, #operationalefficiency is key to scaling successfully. By integrating systems to achieve greater productivity, founders can focus on what's important.
Lastly, establishing #onboardingprocesses for new staff and setting them up for success is a crucial aspect of scaling a business. It was especially inspiring to hear of the impressive growth and future goals of a South African founder I mentored two years ago.
