Jovita has 15+ years of global experience in enabling/empowering visions, scaling businesses, and building business resilience. She is passionate about building space for innovation, creativity, and growth.
Jovita says, "We should embrace change and shape the future with today’s decisions. The space between stimulus and response lies our power, growth, and wisdom to recognize what truly matters."
With that said, our former UK Community Partner Elena Aono has moved to Miami, Florida with her husband and is starting a new personal and professional life in the United States. While it is sad to see Elena leave the UK, where she built our community from the ground up, I am happy to announce that Elena will still be very involved with FinTech Connector. More to come in a future announcement.

Yelena is taking the lead as our Community Partner in the Miami / Fort Lauderdale area. Prior to her move to Miami, Yelena was our Community Partner and advisor in the United Kingdom, helping us build our brand and community from a handful of members to over 400.
More importantly, over the past few years the South Florida area has become a hotbed for financial services and crypto innovation. Having an ambassador that has the financial services and fintech experience along with community building skills will allow FinTech Connector to attract top-quality enablers and innovators to our platform.
