We’re expanding the Advintro team and looking to add experienced B2B sales professionals focused on banktech and fintech.
This is not a typical “carry one bag” role.
Advintro represents multiple fintech and banktech companies, helping them enter and scale within the U.S. banking ecosystem. The right person would leverage an existing network across banks, credit unions, and fintech to originate and close opportunities across multiple client engagements — rather than being tied to a single product.
We are open to both full-time and part-time (fractional) models, with compensation aligned to each structure. For the right full-time candidate, a base + performance-based upside arrangement could be considered.
Ideal profile:
• Strong relationships across U.S. community/regional banks, credit unions, or fintech
• Demonstrated ability to generate and close B2B opportunities
• Comfortable operating in a consultative, partnership-driven sales model
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed
Our team is 10+ and growing, with a strong backlog of active client mandates.
